Mr. Archer has provided a wide variety quality management services in the infrastructure industry. He has developed a quality program for an entire organization, for a transportation division, a program of project and mega projects; he has worked in planning, design, and construction on large complex Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects in several states. Mr. Archer has been responsible for preparing the design for a discipline of work; Project Manager; Division Manager and since 2006 the President of PQM, Inc. Mr. Archer has a specific focus to increase reliability and consistency with construction documents in an effort to minimize liability, construction cost overruns and schedule delays.
His experience provides him with a very broad perspective of the issues that influence quality production and how to improve production efficiency; and deliver reliable design projects while reducing project risk. He has written several quality management and technical procedures, developed Quality Management Programs, trained staff, monitored quality program, conducted surveillances and audits and leads continuous improvement programs. He identifies potential risks, developed mitigation strategies, response plans and monitor progress. He approaches work as a partnership with all levels of the organization to add value and advance projects efficiently and effectively. Mr. Archer was recognized by his peers for his contribution to Quality Management and awarded him with the ASCE 2009 Engineer of Merit.
Mr. Hindiyeh offers a very diverse engineering and quality management skill set on planning, design and construction projects. His engineering experience ranges from preparing small traffic studies; to highway and rail design; to managing large complex construction segments for a high speed rail facility. He has worked around the world on substantial infrastructure projects with various project delivery methods. Mr. Hindiyeh brings strength in developing, implementing and monitoring complex quality management programs; quality control and assurance procedures; training design and construction teams, troubleshooting project impedance, identifying corrective actions, root cause analysis, and preparing lessons learned.
Today, he focuses on helping agencies, designers and public agencies improve their delivery process through innovative quality management programs. He has been instrumental as the architect of the electronic quality management program run in ProjectWise.
Mr. Georges has over 20 years experience in process improvement and project management. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a PMP certified Project Manager. He is a seasoned professional with experience in a broad variety of process improvements efforts, including LEAN Six Sigma and Business Process Reengineering. Mr. Georges has a reputation for turning around failed projects and handling difficult, high visibility projects. He is also experienced at managing cross-functional teams of multiple departments, vendors and service providers.
Mr. Georges has provided process improvement and project management services to a wide variety of industries, including construction, public utilities, information services, and the US Military. This experience across diverse industries has given Mr. Georges a broad perspective regarding issues that influence process management, process improvement, quality, and production efficiency. As a result, he is extremely knowledgeable in proven techniques to improve production efficiency and reduce project risk, while simultaneously delivering reliable design products.
Mr. Parker brings to the PQM leadership team over 15 years of experience working with professional services and consulting firms to achieve revenue goals through securing principal involvement in projects supporting the growth of Southern California's energy, transportation, and water resources infrastructure.
Mr. Parker's core's expertise includes leadership of cross-functional technical, management, and operational teams during key project pursuits, implementing regional marketing initiatives, establishing strategic alliances and teaming partnerships, and in coaching sales teams and managing major proposal development efforts. Mr. Parker's recent experience includes establishing revenue generating opportunities with a wide range of public sector entities including SCAG, CVAG, OCTA, SANDAG, Caltrans, County of Kern, Count of Orange, City of Whittier, City of Irvine, City of Dana Point, City of San Diego, Irvine Ranch Water District, Santa Margarita Water District, Port of Los Angeles, Port of Long Beach, and others.
