Quality Management Program Development

We train our staff to use a risk based approach, as found in ISO 9001:2015, for all Quality Management Systems, Processes, and Procedures developed, and use the Malcolm Baldridge Framework to maximize performance excellence. These programs are implemented by an Auditor who identifies areas of improvement, and a technical team that applies Six Sigma techniques to ensure Corrective Actions result in Continuous Improvement.


Design & Construction Audits

Our work is focused on identifying, removing, and/or mitigating risks that interfere with project delivery during the design and construction phases. We emphasize efficiency and effectiveness with early identification and detection techniques which allow us to eliminate interferences that cause rework, schedule delays and cost overruns.

Performance Metrics & Statistical Analysis

We track performance by event, time, or process to measure growth, trends, failures, and successes. This powerful tool helps executives and managers determine where to invest money, resources, time, and energy.

Quality Assurance Training

In order to educate and enrich our team, as well as project teams we work with, we provide tailored webinars, workshops, and in-house training on Quality Management Programs. We strive to maintain outstanding Quality Management Services, and employ those individuals who embody the attitude of Quality throughout all aspects of their lives.

Document Control

We develop Project Management Document Control Systems which include tracking and monitoring of action items, review comments, issues and resolutions for submittals, project budgets, change orders, and other project related items. We conduct an Early Close-Out program as we go, in order to ensure project efficiency.
