Our mission at PQM, Inc. is to focus exclusively on helping project organizations identify, remove, reduce and mitigate risks that can interfere with project delivery. We achieve this though a concentrated effort to work with designers and management to improve the quality system, processes, and procedures that benefit the fundamental methods for consistent and accurate design products.

Our approach is to integrate Projects, Quality and Management which requires us to be an important part of the management and design team. We are flexible enough to work with established programs, or develop a complete quality management program for a single project, program of projects or an entire enterprise. We are based in Huntington Beach, California and work on projects throughout California and the nation.
