Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor Project- The Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor project is in the Advanced Conceptual Engineering phase of project delivery. The alignment is from LAX near Century Blvd and Aviation Blvd. and continues north to the Harbor Subdivision RR to Crenshaw Blvd and will connect to the existing Exposition Line at Exposition Blvd. This 8.8 mile corridor currently has eight stations. The engineering development requires critical management decisions to balance environmental issues and project costs. PQM developed a Quality Management Program to increase consistency and reliability of each of the engineering reports, prepared through the preliminary engineering phase.
