High Speed Train-Palmdale to LA- The California High Speed Rail system is an 800 mile facility with nine segments between San Diego and San Francisco stopping at twenty-two major cities. PQM is leading the quality management program through the 30% design. The program will oversee the JV partners design development and the eight sub consultants. PQM Inc. has developed a unique quality program to help the management team track decisions while maintaining accurate and consistent products.
