I-10/Tippecanoe Interchange Improvement Project- PQM is providing Quality Assurance for the interchange improvements along I-10 located in the cities Loma Linda and San Bernardino. PQM oversees seven consultants’ quality management programs to assure that the checking and reviewing procedures are adequate for the size, complexity and risks for this project. In addition, we monitor the projects prior to submittal and provide quality assurance certification for the deliverables.
